Mirror Mirror On The Wall...

Well I don't want to know who's the fairest of them all, coudn't care a flying fig about that - just tell me, why is it that the things one wants to most in life are the ones that are most unattainable? The ones that you keep reaching out for, but keep slipping out your grasp?

The more you have, the less you value
The more you desire, the more you value

The desires of yesterday, The haves of today
The desires of today , The haves of tomorrow

It only feels that way for now...in time, things will change. Either the things you want most - will not be all that important to you OR you would have attained them.

The third possibility is that you learn to compromise with what you want and what you can do.

But isn't life all about reaching out for the impossible? That's what make life challenging and worth living.

Hang in there Geetanjali! You'll get there soon enough...where ever it may be.

:) I certainly hope that I don't have to compromise on anything in life! If it ceases to be important to me - ca va, but I'd hate to settle for anything other than what is first choice.

Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in a world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it.
Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion.
Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare.
Impossible is potential.
Impossible is temporary.

IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING.
