Patience Bears Sweet Fruits

Ever noticed how some people always have a long wait before they finally get what they want and rightfully deserve? Sure, patience bears sweet fruits - how many times have I quoted 'Sabar ka phal meetha hota hai' to my friends who are fretting over things that refuse to move forward. But isn't there a limit to how much one is expected to patiently wait? And after all that patience, why doesn't the wait end with a sweet fruit, instead of something hopelessly bland, or worse incredibly sour?

Maybe if its sour or bland, its not the right fruit. There's more to come... for sure...

Hmmm. Ponderings.

We all want the very best, 'coz we think that's what we deserve! Who's to tell what we 'really' deserve or will get at the long end of the killing, patient wait!

In the meanwhile, let's just live life!

its sour cos u probably din realise wen it fell in ur 'jholi' n wen u did realise it was toooo late... but hey u can still enjoy it sour (make lemonade out of it or somethin) or jus b really attentive the next time...hehehe
in the end its all in the way u look at it...so jus LIVE LARGE!! buy ur own fruits ;-)
u know things always fall in place...so fret not

I think we have to taste all those sour fruits to truly savour the sweetest one

Well, sometimes the journey is more important than the destination. The learnings on the way to achieve the sweet fruit are sweeter han the fruit itself.

Even worse condition is when the person finally gets the fruit of his/her patience after a whole lot of sacrifices and by the time he/she gets it, the fruit is not really wanted as much as it was when the sacrifices started. Sad thoughts though. First time here, nice place you got :)

If life throws you lemons, make lemonade!

But I guess you posted this not for solutions, but for commiseration :)
So here goes..

1) Damn, life is a bitch!!
2) 'Tis all a Chequer-board of Nights and Days
Where Destiny with Men for Pieces plays:
Hither and thither moves, and mates, and slays,
And one by one back in the Closet lays.
3) Lead a dog's life..eat a lot, sleep a lot, love a lot and forget the big picture.
4) Go eat a chocolate and be happy ;-)
