YIPPPEEEE!!!

It's been confirmed! FINALLY! I've been recommended for the exchange programme between the University of Mumbai and the University of Otto-Van-Guircke, Magdeburg, Germany. Dr.Bharucha recommended me and today the H.O.D, Dr.Bhongle confirmed it. Saima, a fellow Mithibai-ite and I shall be going. They have written to the German University and are now waiting for the invitation letters to come from that end! Awesome na?

I hope this goes through, coz I've turned down 2 job offers in the last 1 week because of this. Plus the Alliance Francaise thingie too - I've had my fees transferred to the January session.

If I do go, I'm gonna be in Germany from October to December - coldest months. I'll finally get to experience snow..though I wonder how much I'll like it, considering how easily I feel cold!

LOL...that's when I get there. Now I'm praying my passport comes soon, without delays and everything works out fine.
