Lazy - because I stayed home. Just did some reading for Greek Tragedy, then read a prescribed play : Medea. Did some more studying - this time about the Epic form of poetry: origins, classifications etc.
Hazy - because of the damn rain. It was the reason I stayed home in the first place. Today was one of those days the rain lashed out at the city and the wind gave it merry accompaniment, much to the distress of us mortals! It was a dull, grey and slow day that weighs down on the senses, numbing them and making you feel like this hopeless zombie...
Unless, you happen to have a crazy plan with friends and intend to spend a lovely afternoon with them, getting wet, or staying cozy...irrespective of the choice, it makes your day SO much fun...
Or, you have a beau, who indulges your whim to go on a long drive, snuggle up with a cuppa steaming hot coffee and whisper sweet-nothings in your ear...
So what's my choice? Hehehe...that's for me to know and other's to guess :)
Well today I took the first step in resolving a few complications that cropped up in possible plans. Now I just hope that these steps I am taking are not in vain, and that those plans go through successfully.
